Summary
This event is the Third (not counting CATI events) in the RSGB Region 3 series of 2025. There will be a five transmitter course using the 80m band.

Format of Event
Open to individuals or pairs, with a maximum of ten teams per event. Ten sets of loan equipment, including a receiver and compass are available for each session, so booking a place is essential to avoid disappointment on the day. Cost: £3.00
If you attend the 'Come and Try It' event on 19th July, put your skills to the test! Join us for a competitive day where you can apply what you've learned. There is a separate results table for those competing as a pair at this event.
Five transmitters will be active for the competition with 2.5 hours being allowed from your starting time.
The course opens at 11:00am and closes at 5pm with registration opening at 10:00am and closing at 1:30pm to allow for those wishing to compete after lunch.
Competitors who are over time (2.5 hours) will be listed in the results below those who are inside the time and have found at least one transmitter.

Amenities
Eastham Country Park spans 100 acres and features established pathways, a car park, toilets and a café for refreshments. Additionally, there is a pub and a restaurant nearby for those looking to relax after the event.

Safety

Competitors are responsible for their own safety and take part at their own risk. No smoking in the forest. Whistles should be carried (the emergency signal is 6 blasts repeated at 1 minute intervals).
